1. Test equipment:
1. The test-bed shall have a device which enables the wheels to withstand clockwise and anticlockwise alternating torque. Other test-beds with the same loading principle may also be used.

2. Test method:
2.1 installation and adjustment
2.1. Install the wheel on the connecting flange to make the spoke concave towards the power output of the test-bed, and put the bolts and nuts.Tighten the torque values specified in the main engine plant or test requirements. Bolts and nuts are not allowed to lubricate and allow to be tightened again during the test.
2.1.2 Move the winch seat in the middle diameter of the long groove of the disc to the position of the pressing plate and the clamping flange of the pressing block to reach the safety of the loading mechanism.Tighten all fasteners when the wheels are not pre stressed.The 2.1.3 loading system should maintain the prescribed load with an error of not more than 5%.
3. Torque loading:
1. The clockwise rotation is loaded with a definite torque (the direction of applied torque is equivalent to the direction of rotation of the wheel when the vehicle is moving forward).
2. Rotate counterclockwise, half the load as determined (the direction of applied torque is equivalent to the direction of rotation of the wheel when the vehicle retreats).
3. loading and unloading clockwise and counterclockwise for one cycle at a time.
